One of the best way to give your pooch some exercise is a short mountain bike riding. Here are some tips when you are mountain bike riding with your pooch.

• Make sure that trail allowing for your dogs
• Start out, ride 3 or 4 miles to  Acclimate to your dog to running distance gradually. Run up slowly to run longer distances. Start short, then progress until youre riding 8 or 9 miles at a time.Slow your pace while riding with your dog, especially on the downhills.
• Give your pooch water to drink from your hand or straight from the water bottle, and make sure to bring some extra water.
• Shout "yeow" to warn your dog on the side of the trail and out of harms way. Use a whistle or shout to use when your dog gets too close to your front tire
