Jumping up is a way that dogs demand attention/petting, and it is a sign of dominance. Never pet a dog while it is jumping, you are only reinforcing the behavior. Instead, teach the dog to sit first before you pet him/her.

The short answer to the question posed in our title is... NOTHING! But please bear with me and read on...
Make the Tiger Trade ban Permanent
If you care about wildlife in general, and tigers in particular please visit the two different page links [above, and below] now...
Below, also, is a quote from one of the web pages which these links point to -
"Tiger numbers have decreased dramatically in recent decades due to poaching to supply the illegal trade in tiger parts, used in traditional medicines, as clothing for cultural ceremonies and as decorative objects such as rugs.
It is illegal markets in China which drive most tiger poaching and illegal trade. To its credit, China has taken many steps to stem this problem; however, its commitment to ending tiger trade is now wavering."

Have you visited our Doggy Blog Clips recently? Why not click on the link in our left-hand margin?
One trick you could learn about in the clips is teaching your dog to cross its front paws. It does look really cute!
Whenever and wherever you walk your dog, you will find there are loads of interesting birds in city centres and parks as well as towns and the countryside - and the more you learn, the more interested you will be!

Check out the RSPB website for details... and what about a gift membership for someone this Christmas? Would some young family member benefit from becoming a member of the YOC?

Do you have a dog?
Are you a dog fancier?
If you answered yes to the above questions, then you should read through this.
Dogs are special, loving and caring animals. Never under rate any dog.
I have been training for about two years now and I must tell you that it has really been fun.
Many dog owners dont know the importance of training their dog. This is a serious oversight on their part as this could expose them, their family members, friends and visitors to unprecedented dangers.
If you own a dog, it is imperative that you train the dog.
A trained dog makes a happy owner.
Picture yourself saying come to your pet and phew he runs to you; imagine yourself telling your dog to stay at a particular place and the dog obeys or in case of danger to you and you need your dog for defense, just give the attack command and there you go, your dog comes to your rescue.
Now think of these scenarios without a trained dog. You will find yourself in serious trouble hence the need to train your pet.
Here is the opportunity to do so.
Just call me from anywhere in Nigeria and we can discuss modalities.
